Facilities

As a standard facility all conference rooms are dressed with crisp white linen and are complete with mints, iced water, pens, notepads and comfortable chairs with the accommodation for most AV equipment.

Use one or use all, Linley Estate Hotel, Conference & Receptions offers five highly flexible meeting rooms for 10 - 300 delegates and can be configured to meet just about every requirement.

Unique to Linley Estate, you can also utilise the whole venue exclusively for your conference (minimum numbers apply) or maximise the choices available by having morning tea served in the gardens. Whatever you choose, we believe anything is possible. At Linley Estate we recognise the importance of your objectives and are constantly pro-active to ensure we are ready to react to any last minute programme amendments.

The Conservatory Set under a canopy of giant conifers and surrounded by an enclave of tropical ferns, by any standard this is a very unique and different room offering calm and tranquil surroundings, high ceilings, polished wooden floorboards and an abundance of natural light. The Conservatory Room can take up to 110 delegates theatre style and can be configured to suite your requirements.

The Garden Room Overlooking the miniature conifer garden, English boxed hedges and manicured lawns, this room has its own large private balcony, natural light and can accommodate up to 60 delegates theatre style.

The Linley Room Located on the upper level of the hotel looking over the pool, a modern corporate layout with two attached smaller breakout rooms ready at hand. Also offering natural light, built-in wall with clips for flipchart paper and a complete wall dedicated as a pinboard - ideal for the serious planning sessions. The Linley Room can accommodate up to 40 delegates theatre style.

The Ballroom Spectacular, spacious and well planned, complete with its own marble foyer, fully stocked cocktail bar, large stage and parquetry dance floor. Built on two levels this magnificent venue looks onto the majority of our gardens bringing in the natural light and also his its very own grand entrance with a portico for that VIP entrance. The ideal room to suit just about any requirement, it can be used as your plenery room in a u-shape with several other breakout areas, an official product launch for 200 delegates and also perfect for an exhibition with individual booths to a lavish gala dinner.

The Silvan Room A slightly smaller version of The Ballroom, the stylish Silvan Room also comes complete with its own parquetry foyer, cocktail bar, step down dance floor and stage. Seating up to 100 delegates threatre style and is extremely multifunctional, has natural light and also offers spectacular garden views. Here again this room can be used in the same ways as The Ballroom.

The Capri Tastefully decorated and is the hotels dedicated conference dining venue, adjoining the Ballroom Foyer, the Capri also has its own separate entrance, cocktail bar, built-in stage and seats up to 100 delegates comfortably in a banquet style.
